Unable to Redeem NeuCoins Earned via Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Credit Card—Need Help!

I’m facing an issue with my Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Credit Card and hoping someone here might be able to help or provide guidance.

Here’s the problem:
I’ve been earning NeuCoins through transactions on my Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card as part of the card's reward program. However, while the coins are reflected in my statement, I’m unable to redeem them on the Tata Neu app.

These NeuCoins are earned solely through my credit card transactions and not through the app or any other source. If these rewards cannot be redeemed, it essentially renders the card useless, as one of its main benefits is no longer accessible.

I’ve raised multiple tickets with Tata Neu Customer Care, and their responses are vague. They mentioned “system alerts” that supposedly block my ability to redeem the coins but haven’t provided any proper explanation.

This is incredibly frustrating because the core value of the Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card lies in its reward program. If the NeuCoins cannot be redeemed, there’s really no point in using this card.

Has anyone else faced this issue or anything similar? If so, how did you resolve it? Or any advice on escalating this further?

Are these neucoins credited to your Neu account in app? It should happen 2 to 3 days after statement is generated.

Yes credited but unable to redeem. My tata Neu account is blocked from previous 1 year recently i get this Neu Infinity cc some one said that from card you will earn and redeem that coins even ac is blocked but i am unable to do

If your neu account is blocked, i don't see how you can you use neucoins.

May I ask, why was your account blocked?

Not sure if there is way to move this card to a new neu account.

What are usual reasons for blocking? Anf what are solutions for such cases?

First if the account is blocked you can swipe numbers in account as I had done previously but my none of the accounts was blocked, I had done as I had changed my mobile number in credit card and Tata neu infinity account was having previous number they swapped my account & numbers in Tata neu app too, you can get this done and have to leave the previous balance or may ask customer care to transfer these coins to the new account as its your primary now.

Do not mention about blocking.
