Maybe the issue lies with the system. I have booked flights before. I tried adding the card again(no option to remove the card), but getting the error as shown in screenshot.it is the issue with system it has not retrived any points
First delete the card and add again

I have never tried this option before. Do you have the number for Concierge? Will they automatically redeem 70% points and send link for rest 30% ?Then pretty simple call corcierge and ask them to book tickets they will send link for payments and it done

Can u help in telling how to add rewards card in profile was trying to delete and add again but no option to add.

But how did u go till payment page...it asks to put card details and dob to fetch reward points first before opening any redeem optionI removed the saved reward card from my profile and added it again as a new card on the payment page. It worked.

My saved card details are getting displayed. I am able to redeem points.
