Unable to refresh CRIF credit rport even after taking subscription

my last CRIF report was on 19th November I want to refresh it for today but there is no option to do so, please suggest if anyone has knowledge of doing it. I am already having paid subscription of 6 months.

have to check that sbi have rectified the error in my report or not ( having a case with SBI cards for wrong reporting and i have to send latest report to RBIO )
