unable to register axis ace on google pay app

Got the card today
activated it using axis mobile app
but unable to register on google pay app it say that we need to verify thay it's you and giving me an option to call the bank after which I will recieve some verification code.
upon call the number given by google pay(call bank button is there) IVR speaks and asks for card number and shocking part is it also asks for card pin.

please help if someone knows about this issue.

It will be sorted in a day or two. Just activate the card and perform some transactions with the card.

I got my Ace card but unable to add it on Gpay, it says that your bank needs to verify that it is you. Please call the bank for verification code.

i wrote a mail to axis bank and they replied that this ""We regret to inform you that We are still in the process of gradually rolling out cards as a payment option to your and not all our users would have it currently. We will be sure to notify you as and when it is rolled out for you. As of now currently google pay is not supported.""


Any help would be appriciated on how can I solve this issues.

Pls stop creating the same thread, contact axis instead, or just wait for 7 to 10 working days it will be resolved.

Really sorry. I was unable to see my thread, so I though it didnt uploaded so thats why I put that again.

Thanks for the revert. I am in touch with the bank. Hope it will be resolved soon.
