Unable to use my Axis Burgundy Pvt One card at ATM for Cash Withdrawals?? Any Suggestions..??

So Axis advertises the Burgundy PVT card as the all in one credit debit forex all in one card, however no ATM machine recognizes my metal card when inserted, any idea how to withdraw cash with Burgundy Pvt card..?

checked with support about the reason? also is it domestic or international atms?

moreover, since its a private account, I hope u have poc of an RM or branch person who can assist on immediate basis for these cases.

i have informed them they said they will check with team & get back, domestic atm i was trying at since there is an upcomming trip & its advertised as debit credit forex all in one card so wanted to swipe it abroad & also use for atm cash withdrawal abroad. lets see they said will get back..
