Unauthorized Acc Linked to My Phone Number

My secondary number is linked to someone acc.
I mailed them (ippb) to unlink but they refused to do it.

How can I escalate this matter to RBI obdusman.

Bank will not take action, the customer who has linked ur mobile no to his account he should change , may be the customer was using ur no previously, due to non usage his number might have disconnected & got back into system & u took the number , imo

I think u should visit the bank from where msgs r sent & should give written complaint, may be u can get customer details from bank if u visit
