Unauthorized transactions OTP for Debit card

Today I received OTP for transaction of 50013 rupees at ONECARD on my debit card.
I have only used this debit card on Bookmyshow and Mobikwik till now.

Has anyone else also faced this unauthorized transactions OTP after using debit card on Mobikwik?

If you are again and again getting the otp's, close card and call cc to re-issue, saying same to them.
