I applied for an add-on ICICI Coral RuPay card last year by visiting the branch. At that time, the bank staff assured me that the add-on card is lifetime free with no charges. However, in my latest statement, I noticed that fees have been applied to both add-on cards.
What if the bank doesn’t agree that they informed me it was lifetime free? Unfortunately, I don’t have any email or call recordings since I trusted what the bank staff said.
How should I proceed to get these charges reversed? If the bank does not resolve this. what would be the best way to escalate the matter?
