Recently, i applied for SBI credit card directly through their portal...From last one week, their KYC team is not picking up my documents...They keep waiting me for whole day and no one come to pick up the documents...Surprisingly, They have passed my mobile no to SBI credit Card agents and now these agents are harassing me to apply for Credit Card through them....They told that KYC team not pick up my documents and my application will lapse automatically in 10 days...They are so confident that they told me once your application is rejected then come to us, we will process your application.
Seems a nexus between KYC team and sale team to either earn commission or KYC team helping sales team to meet their targets...I have escalated the matter to Customer Service Head and others. Let's see what happens.
