UNI card closed or not in CIBIL?

Your UNI account may be closed but loan account is still open. Mail them and ask them to close the loan account as well.

Did you get an NOC from UNI Regarding account closure.
If Yes then raise a dispute with cibil and share the noc with them
If no ask uni for an noc

Yes, and also ask them for NOC.

I also closed my uni account and asked for noc....
Then after many follow ups , they sent an email , which stated that as NOC and mentioned that my Loan Account is Deactivated with no dues . Is that sufficient as NOC?

It usually takes 3-4 months to show up after noc generated in your case, mail uni with the noc and pdf of your latest credit report and ask them to update the closure on cibil.

Uni also informed me that it will take around 3 months for the closure to reflect in the credit scoring agencies' reports.
