United miles Redemption

I am planning to book tickets to europe using United miles. Wanted to know the baggage policy like how many bags and weight is allowed.

i think 2 baggages of 23kg each is the policy if i am not wrong + 1 bag of 12k cabin

Does United Airlines allow Air India flight booking on miles, if seats are showing available on miles on other portals like Turkish?
