SBI Card Unwanted charges on unused Paytm SBI credit card & Deactivation Issue

Hello,

I got a Paytm SBI credit card, and they told me there is no joining fee, but if I don't use it for 1 year, there will be some charges. I received a payment message next month even though I haven't used it even once. I haven't even activated the card yet, and they are still charging me unwanted fees.

When I talked to customer care, they said they would remove the extra charges, but they didn't remove the full amount. I asked them to deactivate the account, and they finally deactivated it. They also told me to call after 4-5 days for my credit score query, but after 4-5 days, I was unable to connect with customer care again.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

No matter how much you spend


Best is at the end of year call customer care for annual fees reversal by threating to close the card .

I haven't made a single transaction yet!
Now the call is not getting connected to customer care.

The card was approved in January 2024.

I don't understand your query

So u got card in January ( did you pay the annual fees)

If you have not made any transaction
Did I active the card
Set the pin

If not in 30.days ur card is deactivated because of inactivity

If active.
Do you have overdue or u paid the joining fees
