Upgrade a Co-branded card to a regular card?

Hello, Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to upgrade a Co-branded card like: ICICI make my trip or HPCL Coral to a regular card such as: ICICI Rubyx or Sapphiro?

If yes, then how to?
If not, then do help me with an alternative as these cards don't have enough benefits.

All icici cards are trash except apay,emerald. Just use your mmt for sale offers and if you still need rubyx, sapphiro then apply via website or branch.

If you have any older credit card it will not affect much. btw if you have a ltf cc then don't close it. you can have three icici credit cards so just apply for new one.
