Upgrade Credit card

Hi.

I have an Indusind Platinum Aura edge card since last 2 years. I am requesting an upgrade to Legend credit card however they want to charge Joining fees of Rs 4999+ GST and are offering voucher for Rs 4000

Is there any way I can get this upgrade without paying the joining fees ?

Ask them about if you can't provide LTF one, then closing the card and reapply time period. For me it worked they upgraded to Legend but it's also useless card, if you have other cards...

Upgrading in Indusind is always chargeable+ vouchers. Unless you are very lucky.
You are effectively paying ₹1900 only.
But that is also a sh*t card only 😂

A lot of people got legend as LTF in the past 4 months(including me). Its not a worth it card tbh unless you want to use it as surrogate for opening a 0 mab select account varient with indusind.

Tell them to upgrade for free and that a lot of your friends have gotten LTF offer but you haven't recieved it yet. Also best to send mail to indusind credit card esacalation(L2).

There is also L3 nodal office mail id (nodal.officer@indusind.com) but they dont concern with upgrades but major disputes and issues so i dont think mailing to L3 will do much.. but you are welcome to try 🙂

BTW, I hold Legend LTF and they are pushing me to upgrade it to Paid Pinnacle (Another Useless card).

They might refuse once. You can say my other friends got Legend LTF without joining fees. If you are not ready to do the same, kindly send me steps to close card.

They immediately upgraded it without joining and the card reflected in My app.

I already have LTF Legend. I was saying that they are not upgrading me to LTF Pinnacle.

Try to tell them you don't want this card or you want it upgraded since you are a long time customer
