Upgrade from HDFC money-back to DCB/Ragalia (LTF is possible)

I have more than 10 yrs old HDFC moneyback card with credit limit more than 6 lakhs. As it's old card there are no benefits hence usage is very low for last couple of years. Now I want to upgrade it to better card like Diners club (if getting LTF) or if paid then millennia or times platinum. Salary criteria is hard to match for me as it's under 50k. But I have read many posts which says if one has existing hdfc CC with more than 5-6 lakh limit then hdfc may give a premium card. Should I write to Grievance redressal? And how to get premium card LTF?

You can try getting Millenia/Regalia/Regalia Gold LTF upgrade based on your limit. Yes, you can mail grievance Redressal or ask your RM maybe. If you can negotiate more, try getting DCB FYF - as you have a 5L+ limit HDFC card already
