As the subject states looking for an upgrade for Regalia LTF with 10.5 Lac limit. Netbanking nor App has shown any offers of upgrade so what should be the next course of action in this case. Kindly suggest

You can go for Diners Club Black Metal or Infinia Metal. Both are typically chargeable. You can call customer care first and if doesnt work, write an email to HDFC Priority Redressal.

Only limit is not enough , you need to spend upto the threshold amount in last 6 months

After you achieve threshold, write to priority redressal team and request for an upgrade
I suppose you need to spend 7.5 lacs for Infinia card
