Upgrade from Sbi Etihad guest to Etihad Gurst Premier

Hi

I hold a SBI Etihad Guest credit card. Got it in July 22.

Now I want to upgrade to SBI Etihad Guest Premier credit card.

Please suggest the best way to go about it.

Should I upgrade (not seeing any pre-approved offer on sbi cards netbanking) or should I do a fresh application in which case should I apply online or offline c2c application?
