Upgrade offer to axis magnus/select from Axis my zone

Hey Guys,
I am holding Axis My zone LTF card and recently I am getting upgrade offer to Axis Magnus/Select with Paid Joining and Renewal Fee. My query Is it is worth to go for any of these cards with such a heavy Joining and Renewal Fee. My usages of credit cards are average.

But Magnus would be beneficial if you are one of the high spenders or frequent travelers.
