i have simply click 1 month old .. and i want cashback .. should i apply and after 2 months and take cashback also or is there any way to upgrade simply click to cashback ?

Wait for 3 months and apply for CB card. As @4uziaul said, lot of uncertainties regarding MCC and cashback, but its still good card for multiple popular sites like Flipkart, Amazon, Jiomart etc. Convenient to keep one CC instead of multiple co-branded cards.
