Upgrade suggestions for My Zone and Ace

I hold My Zone and Ace cards from Axis (Ace has an EMI also). I do not use these cards as I primarily use Amex Plat Travel.

Can you all suggest best premium card to upgrade one of the above to? Amex is rejected in 50% places. I need a good second (alternate) card and was thinking Axis might be a good option.

Try to include Axis Atlas if you are into Miles and can pay 5000 as JF. Else you can go for Airtel Axis if you are having Airtel Connections.

I was thinking Axis Horizon over Atlas. (Since I don't envision spending so much money to recover fees of Atlas from year 2) What do you think? I am also traveling internationally next month. Would Atlas be good for that (i.e., spending in forex)?
