Upgrading Amazon Lite membership provided by JioFiber

I have a amazon prime lite membership through Jiofiber and wanted to know how i can upgrade to Full prime membership. When i go to prime page on amazon it says to contact jio for the same but the option is no where to be found. Anyone has experience with this?

There is no way to upgrade Jio' Prime Lite membership. It's possible only through Jio and they want us to pay full 1499 to get the full prime membership.

Saddest part is, they aren't even allowing anyone to deactivate this lite membership. They are asking to wait for a month and then change the account.
