Upgrading simply Click to Cashback

Hello,
I have 2 SBI cards, Pulse and Simply Click. Simply click is more than 2 years old. I want to upgrade it to Cashback card.
I tried appying the Cashback card, but it was rejected last year.

Can I request SBI for the upgrade or try cancelling the Simply Click card?

Customer care will not issue you a fresh cashback card,
If you cancel it will go for 3-6 months of cooling period.


Maybe you can request pno for account flip of pulse or Simply click to Cashback card.
