UPI issues with PNB credit cards?

I applied for a PNB credit card because i don't have a Rupay Card. I was interested in Neu card but my area is not serviceable.
Some people have mentioned their experiences of facing transaction issues when payed through PNB cards via UPI?
Can people confirm this? What are th odds of facing these transactions issues? Will this get sorted or do I have to close the card?
I have no other use for this card except for the UPI transactions.
