Upi pin failure - pls help happening with all my upi credit cards

So i recently updates my iphone to ios18- not sure if thats the problem.

So it wanted me to reset my tata neu infinity upi pin on upi transactions through credit card. The process sends and otp which i enter and when i proceed with enter upi pin and confirm upi pin to set it, the end result is failure message

Same case, with recent kiwi rupay card(yes). I am unable to set for that too. It takes me all to the process but in the end fails it ..

1) Check from bhim UPI app once.
2) May be you can do re-registration/remove and add card again.
