I was in disbelief when I first read this and figured they were isolated incidents that only happened to shady folks or questionable transactions, but then I learnt that many local traders accounts were affected due to someone involved at some level having made a payment to them.
I think it is better to use a dedicated bank ac with limited funds for UPI payments!
Any other ideas on how we can all protect ourselves?
