Urgent help needed for an Ajio order

I have ordered an whp jewellery 24 carat 10 gram from Ajio on 7th October. At price 90000 after discount. I know price was very low compared to market price so I thought it will be cancelled automatically.
But on 11th October there is a message received that order has been shipped by Blue dart secure expected delivery date 19th October. and after the checking tracking ID in Blue dart website it says that , "shipping wrongly registered , cancelled by the seller".

Today is 22nd October and everyday the delivery is rescheduling for the next day on Ajio app but no update on the tracking website. After talking to the Ajio customer care, they are clueless ,saying please wait for sometime.

1. The problem is my bill has generated I am confused weather to pay the bill or wait for the cancellation to get the trxn reversion. Due date 9 Nov

2. Is there any option to complain in the higher authorities of government portal so that Ajio deliver the product because I got it at very low price?

What did bluedart customer care said about that.

Can u pay the bill with your money? As if you get refund in credit card account, you can transfer that to bank account
 
If u want that product at any cost -- have to deal with Ajio and no way anyone helps, same applies FK sales too.
If u want ur money back -- check with card provider and ask for charge back.
I want product ofc, but ajio is rescheduling delivery for next day. And cc are saying wait for the delivery date.

So can't even raise complaint with ajio

You will have to wait for the delivery date and contact support to cancel the order.
If customer care is not helpful, then can raise request for charge back.
 
If the order is cancelled by system as it is not fulfilled by the seller, you will receive the amount paid as refund,
You can raise a complaint on National consumer helpline for compensation or actual delivery of goods.
