URGENT: Need Help with First-Time Flight Booking

Hello, everyone!

I’m booking a flight for the first time and need assistance.

• Route: Bangalore to Ranchi
• Travel Dates: Around 10-14 January 2025

Can someone suggest the best apps or platforms for booking flights to get the maximum benefits?

I have the following credit cards:

• Axis Bank: Flipkart, MyZone, Airtel
• HDFC Bank: Swiggy, Moneyback Plus, Tata Neu Plus, Business Moneyback (relative's card)
• Kotak Bank: Myntra Credit Card
• SBI: Cashback, Simply Click
• ICICI Bank: Amazon Pay, Platinum, Coral RuPay, MMT VISA PLATINUM

Please guide me on how to get the best deals, discounts, or offers using these cards.

Use Paytm flight code from timesprime which offers flat 1k off on min. 6k worth flight booking.

Open Skyscanner and check price of a particular flight in all the platforms, if you have cred go to cards sections and then to offers and search flight. You can get all just there. Else you can check for orders directly on the platform website itself. Like adani one, emt, Paytm, mmt, Goibibo, ixigo. Also done good orders are available only on certain days so plan your booking accordingly

Try with offline trusted travel agents/whatsapp groups; if you get some FD (fixed departure) / block /pre purchased fare, if it is too costly online.

Each app/ site will have different bank offers based on the day of the week. Listing out some major booking portals-

Worth checking- MMT, Goibibo, Cleartrip, Paytm
Avoid- Yatra (high convenience fees), direct airline sites (hardly any bank offers)
Unsure- EMT, Ixigo, Adani one (haven't used these)
