Hi axis magnus terms and conditions on axis website shows. If we do insurance transactions on magnus card we get max 6000 points per transaction but its not mentioned we can get only 6000 points per month
Nobody is clarifing the same and nobody is either intrested to even tell if its monthly or per transaction
I contacted even axis bank customer care. 5 says u get per transaction 3 employee say no its monthly
So is this bank seriously in profits. The way they are dealing with less knowledge how can they operate bank
