Using a Credit Card to pay another Credit Card bill

Is it even possible?

I have seen some kind of Balance Transfer and CC Bill Payment feature in my IDFC First Wealth credit card app and got curious to whether people actually utilize something like this or use some other way to pay a credit card bill using another credit card. If so, what methods do you guys use?

To some extent its okay but for higher amount don't try this method. It comes under money rotation.

2. If banks realize this, they may block the card.
