Using RBL Account Without Physical DC

jyothisthaliath

TF Select
I have RBL Digital Savings account with some 5000 AMB variant. They have provided me with Titanium MC Debit card which is having some annual fees of 200+GST as per TnC of the account.

I really have no use for this Debit card. Is it possible to close this DC and use something like a Virtual Debit card (free of cost) for this account? Inviting RBL experts for their valuable comments

i have used my account with only virtual card for more that 2years for all my international subscriptions without any issues as it also has 0markup fee.
later join TFcommunity and took Signature+ for rewards

Apply RBL Signature+ Debit Card or RBL Enterprise Debit Card and earn 2% to 5% Cashback on Credit Card bill payment.
I know about that option bro. But my card spends are not that much to justify the AMC cost of Signature or Enterprise DC 🥲 Besides I have Indus Exclusive DC that gives 0.9% CB, INDIE megastar for gems. So CC bill payment is sorted for me. I want to get rid of this DC, but keep some virtual DC for RBL offers if any

Damn, never knew about Zero markup feature 🥲 Good to know.

So how do I proceed? If I hotlist my existing DC, they will just send a replacement na? How do I get them to remove physical DC from my account

This is looking good bro. But I hear there is some issue in redeeming vouchers, some say that Amazon GV option is no longer there in the portal for redemption for new users :-/ 5% cashback won't matter if one can't use it na. Can you please shed some light?
