Utter disregard in answering the customer questions.

I was offered Credit Limit enhancement under my existing HSBC Cashback card(now live+) on Jan 2025. I approached them and sent the SMS as per the mail. It has now been more than 2 months. Credit limit has not been revised by HSBC. Every time on enquiry, they promise that it will be resolved within 2 working days but to no avail.
How to escalate this matter further to the grievance of HSBC.? Or can I raise this issue to RBI Ombudsman?
 
First, approach the grievance of HSBC, If they don't help, then RBI.

Anyways, they may argue that providing CL is the bank's decision. They may increase/decrease etc.
They have already sent that CLE is approved snd it will be done in 2-3 days. They are releasing the same for 3 months.
