Validation Check of RBL credit card

Trying to reach you regarding a Validation Check of my RBL credit card.

Recently a third-party company named Buzzworks called me ad offered an RBL credit card. I agreed and provided all details also today they did KYC by home visit but that also from third party. So I did KYC and consent has been given.

OTPs/SMS are coming from "RBL Bank" sender.

As all are being processed by a third party and there a wrong feel ongoing in my mind. Also after kyc 16 days no sms received from bank.
Can you please confirm if it is really being processed by RBL bank itself?

Anyone experienced such situations?

I had RBL CC long time back - even at that time the entire KYC process was digital (even when applied via sales channel). And currently, I believe RBL has the entire KYC in their own online ecosystem. There is a very high possibility of this being a scam. If you had used aadhaar kyc, check online regarding the recent KYC info and change passwords etc.
