Verify Email SBI cashback

Sbi card app is prompting me to Verify Email but the email is already been updated from start and i dont want to update when ever I am trying to verify email dialog box say "you have not made any changes in email registered with us"
why would I change my active Email, any one facing that problem...

These Mfs sbi cards
I got every communication when I got BPCL card on email but when I got the card no email was registered in the particular card .
Now they say either send doc to
Contactchange@sbicard or 3 month is waiting for DIY

What sorts of documents you're asked to send? Also, DIY means Do it Yourself in this context or sth else?😐

After 3 month of new card u can change yourself from the app
