VISA and RuPay missing in my pocket

Hello Friends,

I need your suggestions to choose a VISA and a RuPay card that I can keep in my pocket. The reason I mention pocket is because, some of the great cards I have are not accepted everywhere. Please help me choose a VISA and RuPay card. Allow me to list down my cards and their usage:

HDFC DCB LTF: Gives good rewards on smartbuy. I use this primarily for IRCTC and domestic flight booking. I also use this for international spends with GVP. I can't use it for international flights, why? - Read here.
Amex Platinum Travel: Just got this FYF, trying to complete 4L milestone.
AMEX MRCC LTF: I used to use this wherever there was no reward or less rewards. e.g. Purchasing gold to complete 20k per month target. Don't know how to use this anymore with the Amex plat 4L target.
SBI Octane: Purely for BPCL fuel purchase. I consider this the MVP of fuel cards.
Axis Flipkart LTF: 1.5% cashback is good sometimes. I use this as backup for POS.
One Card (BOB) LTF: My forex backup, plus has good offers on Zomato, etc.
Federal bank Celesta LTF: Don't really remember why I applied for this but its LTF and gives me international lounge access. Plus online offers sometimes.
Citi Rewards LTF: My first and oldest in credit history. Use it sometimes when there are offers just to check if Citi bank is still alive in India.

As you can see, my top cards are DCB and AMEX. DCB acceptance is sometimes so bad that it gets embarrassing (it did not even work in Thai duty free). Amex acceptance is slightly better but still limited and not to forget the hefty forex charges.
When it comes to acceptance, no doubt VISA is the king. I tried getting Infinia but according to my RM, I need to spend 7L to get eligible which I feel is ridiculous.

Suggest me a VISA card, that I can use where I cannot use DCB and Amex. Would be good if it can give a good deal on forex spends. I would prefer this to be LTF, but if the value outweighs I wont mind paying a fee.

I also need a RuPay card for my daily transactions on UPI. I don't want the TATA Neu - I don't use the TATA brands as I think they are overpriced (From Croma to BigBasket -there are cheaper alternatives).
I stumbled upon HDFC IRCTC Rupay card. Not sure if I will be able to extract value as my IRCTC bookings are under 20k per year.

To be honest, I am just confused which ones to apply. Help me friends.

You can try for IDFC Wealth, you may get visa or mastercard but since it is LTF no harm in trying.
For rupay I would still suggest tata neu card as you should get FYF, then call HDFC to convert LTF as you already have DCB for your spends.

indus vistara 0 forex
Follow mr xy advice..

If you don't want new card octane can be with rupay..

Try with your highest limit card for c2c basis. You can get it. Not sure about income criteria though. Sometime people say it is hit or miss. Else you will get select which is decent.
Whats is the benefit after recent devaluation? How to maximize benefits?

I think BOB's 1Card is VISA. It is widely accepted n LTF too. Why go for another VISA card, instead of using it everywhere ?

If you want a RuPay card, why not get it from Axis/HDFC/SBI - all 3 give Paytm co-branded RuPay card. Or, from any PSU Bank.

Yes that's true. But one card rewards are of no use and theres 1% forex charge. This is the reason I am looking.
