Visa Tap to Pay You have reached the max claim limit for this voucher

Till now I redeemed only 7 vouchers worth Rs 1000 Amazon shopping vouchers. Last one was redeemed on 19 Aug. Today I tried to redeem 8th voucher of Rs 200 but I get this message "You have reached the max claim limit for this voucher". As per TnC "the maximum number of Amazon Shopping Vouchers that a Cardholder may redeem against an Amazon account shall be 30." I contacted Amazon support but they are unable to answer it.

Yes since yesterday it was working. Razor pay said it took on high priority
