Is the 11k vistara voucher on amex 24K catalog similar to getting 11k worth cv points? if not, can i club it with my CV points while redeeming a flight?

No, it's 11K rupees.
Never book a flight ticket using points + cash, it's the worst reward u get.

yeah thats why wanted to know, the cash+points is super expensive! 11k CV points wouldve been better :|

Is it like purple ticket? Can I partially redeem it? Are there any conditions on the usage (like domestic only or with direct flight only etc.)?

curious why would that be. I am assuming a 11K voucher is good to cover the cost if the total itinerary is over 11k inclusive of taxes.

also, don't think the voucher can be carried forward.
