Vistara Credit Card

Hi Everyone,
I want to know if I will have both axis vistara and sbi vistara credit card, then I can take the benefits of both the cards separately means paying joining fees for both i will get 2 flight ticket, i need to keep 2 different cv I'd or shall I get the benefits for both cards on same cv I'd ?

Please confirm this thing

I think having different accounts is better than using single one as u can add more nominees.
