Vistara rewards after air india merger

Dear All
Due to confusing mail and inadequate information Accidentally i have opted out from vistara to air india migration
My reward points and vouchers are not migrated to air india
Spoken with call centre and sent mails
They could not help and replied it can not be done now
Any other way to get the reward points

Thread 'Club Vistara details not transferred to Maharaja Club'

I linked my Club Vistara account to my Flying Returns account on 05AUG24 and even received a confirmation email from Vistara.

However, my Vistara data has still not been transferred to Maharaja Club.
I am missing my Silver Tier membership, 2055 points, and a premium economy voucher.

I registered a complaint last night at 0205hrs but still no response from Air India.
Should I keep any hope of regaining my membership, points, and voucher?

Is anyone else facing the same issue?
If so, have you received a response from Air India?
