VKYC not working

Because of Janmashtami.Hey guys,
I am having issue while trying to complete my video kyc for Amex GC. Every time I click in the link it says representative not available. Is this an issue on my end, or is the link bad? I am not sure what is happening. Even customer support wasn’t of much help either.
