Has anyone used VoIP service in India ? I saw that bsnl offers BSNL WINGS but has anyone used it? Is it good ?

Additional any good ip landline phones ?
I'm planning to have a landline with ip for my grandmother. I know you guys might say go with jio or airtel as they offer it but the service of local ISP is too good with almost 0 downtime and extremely fast service (fix within minutes), so don't wanna change that. And grandma can't use smartphone or feature phone, she needs landline as her hand shakes a lot. I'll just assign memory keys to family members.
