Looking to use AMEX MRCC 1500 x 4 offer for loading wallets-> UPI transactions.
No plans of transferring money back to any account.
No plans of rotating money/manufacturing spend.
Genuine UPI spends of 6K/month only.
2-3% fee is also ok, since AMEX points covert this.
But the process needs to work for offline UPI merchants.
Any ideas?
