Want to spend more than credit limit

I have HDFC Bank Bizgrow card with a limit of 1 lakh. Since it's a new card, the bank is not increasing the limit. I am looking to make a spend of approximately 8L on the card.
Can I deposit the funds in advance and then use the card to transactions within the daily limit ?

No, HDFC doesn't allow spending more than credit limit in single transaction. So you can't spend more than 1 lakh in single transaction. You can first transaction and then repay and then transact again within your credit limit. But even this won't work for 8 Lakhs. You can use around 2x your credit limit in a month, after that your transactions will get declined.

Officially you can only avail overlimit spend facility on your credit card upto prescribed overlimit declared by hdfc bank.

Yes, they send letters for address change 😂

Maybe it is some sort of verification, if the letter is delivered then they mark your address as verified.
If it doesn't get delivered, they may mark it as suspicious.
