Wave RuPay U09 error while adding to GPay

I get Error code: (U09) while adding Wave RuPay to GPay. Last time I got this error was with Kotak League card. Bank said there was server issue for Kotak. Should I wait for few days did anyone face this issue with Wave CC?

Card is newly generated then wait few days.

Try other UPI apps, also update GPay app and try.

It was generated few mins back. I tried in GPay, PayZ Supermoney all have same issue. Will wait till Monday.

Earlier I added 5 RuPay cards right after generating them no issue except League.
