I am really frustrated with my current virtual Relationship Manager (RM). Despite multiple call backs and attempts to reach out, he does not respond and is virtually useless to me. Whatever questions or issues I present to him, he never has any answers!
I have raised a complaint with HDFC, but there has been no response.
What are your suggestions?
P.S.: I am a "Preferred Banking" customer with HDFC.
