Way to change HDFC Bank Virtual RM

I am really frustrated with my current virtual Relationship Manager (RM). Despite multiple call backs and attempts to reach out, he does not respond and is virtually useless to me. Whatever questions or issues I present to him, he never has any answers!

I have raised a complaint with HDFC, but there has been no response.

What are your suggestions?

P.S.: I am a "Preferred Banking" customer with HDFC.

Tried writing to Preferred Banking email id?
You can also visit your branch and ask your BM to assign a new RM

I did wrote but nothing happened, the reply came that someone has spoken to you and the issue is now resolved!
I have not visited the branch but can try that.

Visiting the branch today and they told that VRM are not in their control and they cannot do anything !!!
Back to square one !!

Escalate it. Level 1, 2, 3 whatever helps you solve your problem

Any further update? As I am in the same boat and fed up of Virtual RM.
