Ways to pay credit card when outstanding is zero

Looking for ways to pay credit cards a tiny amount when the outstanding is zero or negative, without incurring any charges via netbanking, debit card, whatever.
AFAIK, it doesn't let you pay via BBPS payment systems in this case.
One way I know for some credit cards is pay via NEFT/IMPS and another is via billdesk, for e.g.
