My cousin got placed in a MNC this year in campus placement. He moved to Hyderabad and didn't wanted to stay with me or any relatives probably cos of young blood and unmonitored money. He took a flat near to his office.
Cut to today, approximately 6 months, he has put on 30 odd kilos and there were some medical tests in his office and HBa1C also is over 7.
He wants to join a weight loss program who also provide packaged meals delivery. Since he stays alone, he can't cook and wants the prescribed food delivered to him.
Any suggestions??
