Weird thing happening with Hdfc Cc

Whenever i’m making an Online Transaction, HDFC sending me 3 messages(sms) of Same Otp & Phone Call to tell me the same otp(even though the transaction was finished). Does this happening to everyone,
Sending 2 messages of same otp if i login to my cards

Also i vaguely remember that After July 25th, they’ll stop sending alerts for small transactions(below ₹100). Why it’s not happened yet?

What more wierd is I ate dominos at 1 pm

At 9 pm they said
Hey your order is ready for pickup
 
Probably issue with you mobile operator, bank's backend not able to verify if otp is going through that is no success signal and thus after 2 attempts its automatic call for otp. It has happened to me as well in past on Jio.
Mine is Jio too recently switched back to prepaid from Postpaid & it’s an E sim too

I agree to this. I am a Web developer and recently I worked on implementing WhatsApp and sms integration in our app. Requirement was , first send WhatsApp, if it fails then send sms. Issue was under a certain period let's say 5 seconds if the status of the backend is not delivered or read (whatsapp) then trigger sending sms. But sometimes whatsapp backend api gets resolved in 6 or 7 or more seconds, probably server is slow or the internet is slow, so it takes more time to resolve and the status is neither delivered or read. So SMS gets sent and at later point in time let's say 7 seconds, whatsapp gets resolved so whatsapp message. also gets sent. Twice the message got sent, hence twice the cost.
