I got a link to avail either domestic ticket or Tata Cliq voucher. The link takes me to a webpage where I need to enter my phone number. But my phone number does not seem to be registered with them. Has anyone faced this issue?
Customer care says that I need to wait for 2nd month bill generation which does not look right.

Call conceirge. Everyone gets this issue and they resolve it after a week. After that u again get one more issue, which u need to raise again and they will take another week for that.

No idea why they are doing like this.
 
What I got from the thrive helpline was that they get numbers from Axis after a period which is when they are added to the thrive system.
Max days as per the person I talked to was 6 days.
