Axis Magnus What are escalation email addresses for in the AXIS Umbrella? for Burgundy, Magnus etc?

I saw some PNO and someone mentioned Axis MD desk etc.

Can some experienced folks share what different escalation emails, what they represent and when one may push towards them.

I have a bunch of things I'd like to address that Customer Care & RM are unable to give clear view on.
