what card can it be??

i have requested for UPI Rupay card from mycards on 1st may, no response till 14 june, then complaint to nodal on 14 june and today i can see this. Language of blue bar message is not of UPI RuPay card as i have seen a few screenshots on forum and internet.

Also received a call today from CC that UPI Rupay card apply option will come to mycard under explore section on/after 20th june.

So
1. what card is this (see pic attached)?
2. what should i do, havnt opened this, dont want to spoil the chances of getting UPI-RuPay card?

Tata Neu Infinity maybe. Via Neu app bill pay is 5%.

It's HDFC UPI card only. I got the same notification and it was hdfc upi card

same, i got upi rupay card only. but why does they show as 5% on utility bill payment, whereas UPI-rupay card doesnt give 5%!!!!

That is linked to pre approved cards page.. however, in our case there was only one pre approved card- Hdfc UPI card
